This woman can sing, which we knew, but she's EXTREMELY spot on live. And the irony of the song too is crazy, busking in Australia and people linking it and wanting more and more every day. She is so awesome! I was on the Macklemore concert in munich last monday and she made a picture with me and gone to the Stage again ❤. Was so happy to be this person who got this picture !

What an interesting persona she projects. It's clearly a conscious choice to contrast against her voice and innate presence, even the little details. The way her hair behind her ears looks unwashed (like mine is most days) and little or no makeup for a national debut on a big TV show is no accident. It says 'I am who I am, not who you want me to be'. For me, she represents what I am on a day to day basis (minus the voice) instead of a polished untouchable.

I only heard voices tailored to the video posted on KZread. So, I thought there would be a filter that says that I have a voice tone, but after listening to the live I realized that everything was an illusion. Your voice, too It's good, but I can find sincerity from the face we face to face It was better. I'm glad I could say I love you.

Damn. Ive only heard this song recently and it was through a Reddit thread where people were hating on it. I can understand people disliking an overplayed song, but this woman gets way too much shit. She used to be a busker, writes her own material and has an interesting, unique voice. Id bet big money on the fact that the people who give her shit have done fuck all with their lives. This woman deserves nothing but praise!

I never new this was her real singing voice, I thought it was auto tune. Her voice is so unique which just makes her even more admirable

She killed this and sang her heart out. She felt those words you can tell.

I work in music for over 30 years and I am not a modern guy :) But I LOVE this song. Love the voice, love the rithme, love the vibe. I today see who sings it for the first time. I kind of love that the singer is not the expected thin young girl. LOVE this song.

She doesn't look at all how I imagined in my head when I first heard this song. But that is a good thing. I like her a lot more like this. She looks like a normal teen with talent.

Heard this on a retail store radio. This is the first time I'm seeing this, and not at all what I expected. I envisioned an R&B/Soul genre style.

I just heard her song on the radio this whole week and I'm telling youbeverytike it came on I turned it up great song and she sings it with her soul great job from NYC!!!

That face when you realize you can still use voice alteration software in a live performance even local karaoke corrects peoples voices. Tones is talented… maybe. This is her only popular song for one. Two the appeal is the parts where she twists the words like dime instead of time, the way she says do it all again. Anyone can say words funny I do it often she’s lucky imo that people noticed her.
