Harimoto reads the ball very well and is so consistent. He has become the Jun Mizutani. Solid player but rarely a tournament winner.

People hate on Harimoto for screaming, but at least it happens in between points. I feel like Ovtcharov's grunting _during_ the point has got to be even more of a hindrance to the opponent. Also, are some of the serves at 0:27, 0:55 etc. even legal? It doesn't look like 16 cm to me.

They are legal. Just take a ruler and look how much 16 cm are and you'll see: that's not really a great height.

Yes, in 0,27 and 0,55 it is completely clear that in Dimas serve the ball does not fly uppwords at least 16 cm AFTER THE BALL HAD LEFT HIS HAND as it is demanded in rules. Lifting the the ball uppwords in hand does not include in that flying 16 cm which is demanded in rules. I looked very carefully those serves WITH SLOW MOTION with professional tecnic,and it could be seen that those serves had not ball flying at least 16 cm uppwards AFTER THE BALL HAD LEFT HIS HAND.

Youngboys hamein: Lifting the ball uppwords in hand is not throwing. There is said in the rules clearly,that the ball has to fly uppwords at least 16 cm AFTER THE BALL HAS LEFT THE HAND. It does NOT happen like that in all of Dima's serves.
