Lud's Gate is the third level of London and it is even longer than the previous two. We can earn two different trophies here and start working towards "Rocket Science" for which we have to pick up two hidden rockets. One here and one in Antarctica. To get that rocket and all secrets in the same playthrough you have to use the infamous corner bug. I don't want to start an argument whether it is a legitimate way to use those glitches or not, but I personally don't like to use them. However the video shows how to get both without replaying the entire level, because it is the shortest way. You can decide for yourself if you want to make use of it or just pick up the rocket, finish the level as fast as possible, defeat Sophia in the next level and go to Antarctica to grab the second rocket. I guess both ways are legitimate, because these glitches have already existed in the original games and they were intentionally not fixed.
To put it briefly: do whatever you want! :)
In terms of collectibles, we need to collect 6 secrets and 11 crystals (80 in total after the level) and we can collect up to 59 items.
Note: In the regular playthrough I only pick up 58 of them. To get 59 you have to use another glitch called "Flying UPV Glitch". For those of you interested in that, check out the final timestamp below and if you want to collect everything in order, it's the UPV from Secret #6. To initiate it, drive towards the wall as shown, hold jump and then use roll and once again jump in quick succession. If your oxygen bar stands still, you're good to go. To get back on it (the toughest part) after collecting the rocket, park it as close to the ground as possible and keep running against it. Once you're back down in the channel you have to perform the starting sequence again to get back to the start.

Underwater Garage - Find and use all UPVs - There are a total of 3 UPVs. Diving to the third one and using it to get to exit can be tough so make a save before attempting
The Silent World - Use UPV harpoons to defeat the scuba divers. Apparently, as of version 1.03, this trophy doesn't void "Incredibly Hard Boiled". It doesn't make much sense, because the UPVs use our harpoons.
