Nope. Definitely chemo and cancer, look at his hair. Probably terminal based on his weight, think before you judge other people.

Apparently people who have no problem calling places like SeaWorld and zoos cruel captivity, have no problem ignoring the fact that keeping fish in a small aquarium in your home and cats, dogs, birds, rabbits and numerous other animals in your home is just as cruel. Calling them a pet doesn't make it any better.

Dude I live in an apartment with no yard. My small dog would kill for his own little outdoor habitat are you kidding me? To be fair though I think the complaints are about people abusing the animals more so than just having them in captivity.
