I'm no Raquel supporter, but Tom recording the facetime without her knowledge is FOR SURE an invasion of privacy. Now her trying to sue Ariana and putting out all her "new truth" is f'ing BS and I hope she gets hammered in court.

This is exactly the type of girl that Rachel is. You are sleeping with your good friends man of 10 years your friend finds out and doesn't respond the way you think it's appropriate but this is just a consequence to your actions Rachel get over it quit playing victim you caused the problem period now move on

Don’t think that would hold up in court since TS professed his love for her on air.

What the truth is, regarding the recording and distribution of it, will come out in court. Then a jury can decide what the outcome will be.

She was engaging in this video with him but under the pretense that after ending the live video session - that was end of that session never to be seen again. She did not say yes video record me. He did not have consent.

That actually could have been hacked by anyone . There are hackers everywhere. That is every risky

It’s so annoying how Rachel/Raquel whatever her name is for the week is trying to play some type of victim role in a situation SHE CREATED instead of taking accountability. Even her crying about how she didn’t receive the same support from producers as Tom is like girl really?? If we’re being honest Tom didn’t deserve support either. Really neither of you did since these were CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Nobody is “attacking” you for no reason? Then her bringing up LVP is like girl?? I’ve always felt like LVP never really liked Raquel🤷🏽‍♀️ she just put up with her bc she was James girlfriend and then she played this sweet innocent naive girl so people felt pity for her.. so expecting LVP to support you the same she did Tom (someone she has a close relationship with & has known for YEARS) is delusional and the same for producers🤷🏽‍♀️ no matter how much she cries and changes up her story she’ll never be the victim in this situation. Yeah, that’s so weird. Maybe they are working behind the scenes (Tom and Rachel) to shake down Ariana. With these two snakes it would not surprise me.

Hi Zack, I would love to know how many times Raquel has masturbated with other guys over her phone. I am not judging her but it was her decision to share her personal moments. Everyone just assumes that Sandoval saved her video without her consent but I don't think she's as innocent as she claims she is. It's a hard lesson to learn but I blame Raquel for thinking that this situation could never happen. Of course Sandoval should be held responsible for anything criminal he has done but Raquel is old enough to know better.

Idk why everyone keeps assuming Ariana knew that Rachel didn’t know she was recorded. If you’re Ariana and you see that video- and realize they’ve had this affair and the rumors that last 6 mos were true. The first thought is that they mutually are doing these videos. In regards to Tom- I’m curious if there is a history of nude exchanging, that could create enough room for Tom to have “assumed” it was okay- not saying I agree with Tom. But if this goes to court I imagine the historical exchange between the two of them would have potential for implied consent (still not cool but curious)

They will examine the phones/IPs to see where the videos originated and circulated... so whomever is lying... they will find out if they don't already know hence the lawsuits. When you're facetiming or zooming, you don't expect the other person to record and save it... that's wrong

When she turned over the evidence, they may have been able to determine that the videos were forwarded to her close friend(s) who are not coming forward to protect ariana... they wouldn't make up a charge like that if they can't prove it.

How could Ariana sending the photos/video to Rachel be considered 'revenge' porn? Even legally. She was not sending it to Rachel for revenge. She was saying, hey don't lie, I know what you did and you were recorded. And if Tom didn't record her, he didn't do anything illegal. She is of consenting age, if she sent him a video and he merely saved it, there's nothing to sue him for. Also if Ariana confirmed everything had been deleted, it was not sent publicly or posted online, there's no way Ariana would be held accountable for revenge porn. There was a case back in 2019 where a wife sent the husband and his mistress a photo of them in a compromising position that a friend had sent her. Case was thrown out. Can't remember the name of it now, but all this will amount to is Rachel and Ariana and Tom paying lawyers for nothing.

unfortunately, just like most things surrounding this situation, Ariana acting out of emotion and enacting revenge has caused herself problems. She has admitted to doing these things on camera. Rachel got her behind on camera and did this to herself. She admitted to doing this on camera and then saying she didn't know she was being recorded. How did you not know you were being recorded when you were on camera (intentionally participating in the recording of this video)? Him saving things on his phone, while scummy is not a crime when you're referring to an adult. Ariana then told people what she did and admitted to sending this to herself (distribution), also ON CAMERA. It sucks that this isn't morally fair or right but I'm not sure that Tom committed a crime. Rachel's lawyers are banking on the fact that the public hates Tom so much that she has some standing on this in the court of law. Rachel knew what she was doing and I don't understand how iphones can tell you that someone took a screenshot but don't indicate that you're being screen recorded.
