That little flourish he does with his forearms and hands, after a block, or a shot, he's got to stop doing that. It is not needed, and it loses him time - it gives his opponents an opportunity to be quicker than him. He needs to cock his arms back pronto, without that flourish, ready for blocking, or for another strike; it gains him vital time.
