Open, organic, and honest, coming from a point of view swamped in helplessness. That's what it showed me. This song couldn't have been done any other way. It wouldn't mean much at all, as rap, metal, ballad, or any thing else. Tom got this one spot on. That why it resonates with me, and with many others too. Only, there is no superman to stop the carnage sadly. Just work out your salvation to ensure a happy ending when death does come for you. You're right, sometimes peace cannot be negotiated when one side won't settle for anything less the total annihilation of the other. And that fact alone leaves every person alive vulnerable because the guy next door may turn out to be your enemy. It doesn't have to opposing nations. In case you wanted to know, Nova has started releasing new stuff on her channel.
