Tom put his share straight to the point I have been 2 years clean but listening to him brought to mind need to do more in my recovery

I've been sCA recovery since February Ive got so much confedence back and feel good about myself now. I struggle through lockdown but listen to CA meeting and done online meetings keep me faith....it's wonderful I take it day by day.....I really enjoyed listening to this meeting very funny with it aswell. Keep the faith 🙏 believe in yaself

@Chris Hankey nah I just go by the Big Book. Heavy drinkers with opinions all over the place not understanding alcoholism. If I wanted a laugh I’d listen to Richard Pryor

@Chris Hankey your response is just avoiding my actual statement. My statement was fact not opinion. All that ego outgoing my spirit talk is deflection. I can be humble and still speak my mind. It’s doesn’t mean I have to think everything is great. Sometimes we have to be critical in order to become more effective. I ain’t on a spiritual mountaintop either I’m in a fellowship where people are dying as result of much misunderstanding around Step 1 and alcoholism.
