Why is everyone saying they're scared or that they find Tom intimidating? Ever since I watched 1 movie with him either as a supporting role or the main role, he's been my favorite actor of all time. His acting is the most realistic I've ever seen, and I've watched countless movies in my life. Still, I've never found him scary or intimidating. He embodies his characters, but he's just a goofy introvert who loves dogs. It's just that his standards are extremely high when it comes to acting or basically anything. Nothing scary about that.

I think he just potrays "scary" characters very well. He said in an alan carr interview that he really is scared of everything, and that he's a typically fearful person, so he embodies what he sees as scary in the parts he plays. As for his physical appearance, well lets be honest, he's covered in tattoos, has a deep growly voice, he in most cases has a big frame, he exudes mass amounts of BDE which basically means humble confidence, and his deep set eyes are just naturally intimidating.

as a 6'5" male. . . there is something off putting about him. he is incredibly charismatic, the look being that he has no idea what he is doing, whilst always looking like hes just been dropped in the middle of something he doesnt understand yet responds like "fuck it, lets see where this goes". its ridiculously attractive and appealing. . . but i can say with confidence that i would watch what i say around him. . . he gives of a vibe that if i say something that hes not a fan of when cameras arent pointed at him. . . its hard to explain. its like being around bikies when u dont know 'the lay of the land'. what u feel is completely socially acceptable might not be perceived as such from those around u. Those being around u also being ones thatll make sure u never see the light of day again if u offend them in a weird way (growing up in australia, i am all to aware of these kinds of people). I cant stress enough, i dont know the guy. never spent any time with him. not gunna act like i have. . . but the way he acts and portrays himself to the public. it is extremely reminiscent of people I HAVE DEALT with throughout my life, and using that as a reference. . . i dont think i would be comfotable around him. he seems like a lovely bloke. . . but i reckon i could see shit being caused in his eyes a mile away from his body language alone due to. . . life. say what u will from my statement, just my opinion.

He doesn’t give a shit what people think and that makes me love him more.

I don't know why but the three Toms' names feel different from each other.
