Thank you, guys, for continuing to offer a different perspective, based in reality, from someone experienced and accomplished in the dogs on this platform. I hope you guys continue on and drop one every week.... Please talk about building and maintaining the canine immune system in its different applications. It all ties into diet, supplementation, and husbandry, which has already been touched upon, but I believe it begs repeating in context to the immune system itself.

If we really used the rationale, there would be little use for dogs. Dogs are useful primarily because they can and will do what we can’t or won’t .

Tim was one of the most honest man. He was the first person I reached out to inquire about dogs, Jeep. At the time Tim had the Jeep blood as well as Frisco but he told me to get a hold of Tom. I couldn’t thank Tim enough for his honesty and integrity.

Vo2 max and lactic threshold. Are my two main conditioning protocols. Supplying nutrition is some what complicated but I focus on fat and carbs. Protein is something that I do and don’t focus on because it’s should be ready available in the diet

The key is understanding the different ways I. Which the body manufactures ATP. Aerobically, an aerobically ( glycolysis, phosphate). The light came in for me when they talked about high volume low intensity, and low volume high intensity in that Ch.Chinaman write up.

Thanks Wal

Wolves do not eat the stomach contents of the stomach contents of their prey. Here is a quote from the book Wolves: Behavior, Ecology, and Conservation written by David Mech who is one of the worlds leading wolf biologists "Wolves usually tear into the body cavity of large prey and...consume the larger internal organs, such as lungs, heart, and liver. The large rumen , which is one of the main stomach chambers in large ruminant herbivores, ...is usually punctured during removal and its contents spilled. The vegetation in the intestinal tract is of no interest to the wolves, but the stomach lining and intestinal wall are consumed, and their contents further strewn about the kill site." "To grow and maintain their own bodies, wolves need to ingest all the major parts of their herbivorous prey, except the plants in the digestive system."

Mr. Garner what are your thoughts on strength conditioning through resistance training versus dragging weight? Modified band resistance connected to a harness for instance. Would this build more “explosive” strength for the animal? Thanks in advance for your perspective.
