I can't tell you how many times I listen to this. I spent the last 8 years fighting some serious health conditions, in and out of hospital, so much treatment, suffering, sadness and loneliness. When ever I felt like that, or was laid up in a hospital bed fighting sepsis after bad surgery, or just having a hard day where I wanted to give up.... I would just put this on, or many of my other favourites from you. Kept me going, kept me alive. Sounds ridiculous to say it, but it is so very true. I listened to this song for the first time almost 10 years ago. Listening to it now I think about what kind of dreams I had back then. Lying on the couch thinking about life and how it could be. All the possibilities I had. 10 years later my life is totally different than I imagined it. I changed a lot and so did my dreams. This song always inspired me to do something about my life. I always felt like I didn’t make any progress, but looking back I changed so much and became a totally different person. I’m 22 now and I am surrounded by good people and I’m in my first relationship ever. I always dreamed of doing my own thing and now after 10 years I finally started my own business. I don’t know if I will be successful or how my life will be in 10 years. But things take time and I know that know. I always felt like I was wasting time and it’s already to late. But it’s not. It’s never to late to do what you actually want to do. Just try it. Even if you fail who cares? Your younger self would be proud of you just for trying. At least I would be proud of you. Try to stay strong. Hope you guys are doing good out there. Only wish you guys the best. 10 years passed in a blink of an eye and in 10 years I will look back at this comment and think the same again.
