@@HealthspanX the current guidelines are not based on science actually, and are extremely biased. New things are in the works actually, like low carb keto and carnivore. Carnivore is an ancestral way of eating by the way. There is no causational human studies that proves that the current health guidelines provide any optimal health, so they are not science based . And what we do have is escalating rates of illnesses, diseases, and cancers on the current “health” guidelines (which are almost vegan) that were designed by 7th day Adventists to support their religious agenda- eat plants and not meat so you can’r procreate! What we do have as data is the current “health” guidelines isn’t working snd making humans sick! 7th day Adventists even designed the food pyramid, secretly. Go watch Belinda Fettke!! Carnivore has spread drastically to millions and everyone is getting the same healing results! That is now data and science!

@@JennifertxCarnivore Thank you for your continued engagement and for sharing your concerns about current dietary guidelines. We recognize that nutrition is a highly personalized and sometimes controversial field, and there are many schools of thought regarding the optimal human diet. While the carnivore diet has gained popularity and anecdotal support, it's important to consider the broader scope of scientific evidence. The dietary guidelines recommended by various health organizations globally are based on extensive research, including epidemiological studies, randomized controlled trials, and meta-analyses, which consider the health outcomes of large and diverse populations. It's true that no single diet is perfect for everyone, and emerging dietary trends like ketogenic and carnivore diets are being studied for their benefits and long-term effects. However, it is also crucial to consider peer-reviewed research and clinical studies when evaluating these diets. Regarding your comments about the origins of the food pyramid and dietary guidelines, it’s important to base our discussions on verified information and acknowledge the complexity of nutritional science, which evolves with new research. The food pyramid and other dietary guidelines have undergone significant changes over the years, reflecting new understanding and scientific consensus. We encourage open and informed discussions about nutrition and believe in examining all sides of a topic. For anyone considering significant dietary changes, we recommend consulting with healthcare professionals to tailor dietary choices to individual health needs and conditions. Thank you for your passionate input, and we look forward to more insightful discussions. Best Regards, HealthspanX Medical Team

@@HealthspanX the “anacdotal” word is no longer anecdotal- it is science data collecting. There are thousands to millions getting same results using carnivore. Therefore it has crossed into science data collecting. Please go look for yourself! And they have documented doctor’s tests results showing results. Too many with same results.

Dear @specialagentzeus, Thanks for your comment! It's great to see you're thinking critically about what you hear. You mentioned being unsure about spinach as an anti-inflammatory food source. Actually, there's quite a bit of research that supports this. Spinach is packed with antioxidants and specific compounds that help fight inflammation. If you’re curious about the details, here’s a PubMed article [pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27353735/] that goes into the science behind it. Appreciate you bringing this up, and we are here if you have more questions! Best Regards, HealthspanX Medical Team

@@specialagentzeus Thanks for bringing up another important aspect of the discussion! You're right that spinach contains oxalates, which in high amounts could contribute to kidney stones and joint issues for some people. It’s all about balance and moderation. While spinach offers anti-inflammatory benefits due to its nutrients, it's crucial to include a variety of foods in your diet to avoid the negative effects of high oxalate intake. We always recommend tailoring dietary choices to your personal health needs and, if needed, consulting with a healthcare provider. Thanks for keeping the conversation informative! @@HealthspanX there is no balance to plant foods! They are naturally toxic! Please go look! The word “balance” is a woke left propaganda word to get humans to eat that! If you know something is toxic why would you say it is ok you have a little in moderation? That is a big no! Avoid
