***** how else will they be able to show differentiation in player's gear? if lvl 30 and lvl 5 both kill in 3 shots or less then what really defines that 30's superior gear? stats can't simply match in an rpg especially one with other real world players besides oneself.

Favorite line of the movie. I thought he was saying it as a joke first but it just fits so well. In all seriousness i love the full length movie. Wish they had a bigger budget so they couldve made it into a feature film.

If you are going for realism, then yes, but if you are going for something else, it can make sense. Look at Uncharted and Borderlands, both games, very different from each other, but applauded on their design, both have enemies that don't die after one head shot. Now, to be honest, I haven't looked up much on The Division, so I don't know if it's true that people won't die after one head shot or not, and this does look like it's going for at least semi-realistic. I would be severely disappointed if the game really did require you to shoot someone 20 times in the head in order to kill them. But if it is an RPG, this is bound to happen with boss characters, and enemies that are well above your level. Does it break the realism? Only if the game has consistently told you that a head shot is a one hit kill.

I for one can not wait for this game, looks to be exactly what I wanted it to be I want more shooters like Destiny or Borderlands we have enough realistic shooters on the market we need more RPG shooters. A game dose not need to be grounded in realism, gaming is a beautiful thing that lets you experience things in so many forms that you don't need every game to be the same, there is so many more games to fill your realism needs, let The Division be its own thing if you don't like it then so be it not every game can meet the needs of every gamer but this game meets the need of me and many, many more people. I know for a fact the Dark zone game play will keep me and my 3 buddies I am buying the game for(late Christmas gifts) coming back for a long time.

Seen all the origins multiple times. So good. I think some film makers could learn a lot from you guys at Rocket Jump and Corridor Digital (okay even Ubisoft) as you guys pack so much humour, action etc into only 5 minutes of film. Awesome.

Nice shots. Great camera flip on the gun fight. Well done! (The light coming through the windows through the blue tape was marvelous too)

Im watching all 4 and oh man do i love ALLL of them ... great work with all of this!

SPOILER REVIEW, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: I watched all four videos, and I honestly liked all four. "Ashes" introduced the viewer to the desperate tone of the world, "Pursuit" captures the multi-faceted impact of the viral outbreak on people's everyday lives and really dives into the nature of human desperation in a crisis. And "Escape" ties Ashes and Pursuit together and... Well, not really "Conspiracies", not until about 70% into "Conspiracies" which is well more than 3 minutes in out of its 5 minute and 14 second allotted time. Don't get me wrong. "Conspiracies" is funny, has the right flow expected in the plot lifecycle of an action comedy, and the reveal of Mia, while predictable, made sense and all around was pretty enjoyable, which is darn impressive given all this had to be crammed into 5 minutes and 14 seconds. Here's the thing: "Conspiracies" tries to be action comedy, while the rest of the Division Agent Origins series isn't an action comedy at all. CorridorDigital (CD), devinsupertramp (DST) and UBISOFT made the rest of the series VERY dark, serious, and at one point, a scene is framed in a way that is designed to elicit sympathy from the viewer (I'll buy the screenwriter a beer for that, well done). The other groups (CD, DST, Ubisoft) really capture the tone of how desperate the setting is for the story in The Division. But back to the point: This one particular short just doesn't fit the tone with the rest of the videos in the series. "But why are you so focused on the tone of The Division? What about the action? What about how the entire Conspiracies vid feels like a takeaway from Hot Fuzz? What about the right pacing, how efficient RocketJump has framed the whole video? Can't you give them credit at all for cramming all this into just 5 minutes and 14 seconds?" Yes, those things count. Yes, all those other things were done well. 5 stars out of 5. Yes yes they're all good. And that's just it. It all should tie together. But it doesn't. See, if the tone isn't set right, two things happen: 1. A new viewer who has no idea what The Division is will watch the hook (this episode), and stop watching. The first episode is always the most important for audience retention. (EDIT: Learned this was episode 3 in the BTS vid, yet this played first on my KZread playlist?) 2. For those that do finish watching the series and come back to this episode, they'll go... "Huh? This episode doesn't fit." An amazon.com review summarizes this perfectly: "It seems to me like the script and directorial duties for this film were fought over by two very different people. The gear, weapons, medical supplies, and little touches like taped shut pant-legs in the hazmat zone were all top notch. But then the Other Guy got a hold of the script and made sure to Hollywood things a bit too much. The girl fighting off the attacker while her boyfriend and buddy scream on the couch, the firefighter not carrying more than two magazines for his sidearm. These kinds of things really took me out of the story. I hope they get to do more of these and that they stay away from the Hollywood nonsense." And here's the other thing, if you look at many of the one star reviews... Many of them explicitly state that they can't make it past the first 30 seconds in RocketJump's vid. Long story short, RocketJump's "Conspiracies" video isn't bad. It's actually good, it reminds me of Hot Fuzz (especially the serious color grading and scene transitions) but as a whole, how "Conspiracies" fits in the rest of the series... It just doesn't. If the rest of the series were action comedy, I would not be spending my morning break this Friday to write this.

Of all four, this is probably the best one. :D

I love the way the different youtubers have different shooting and directing styles. It's like being able to see the same thing in different styles. It's fascinating.

Thx for doing it on the division, I'm so excited for the game. keep up the awesome work.

I know youd like to think youd be a superhero when someone aims a gun at you, but I KNOW you wouldnt. When you're assaulted with a gun, the first reaction and most usual is fear. The other agents were male btw, so theres that too. The left has to calm down with their sjw shit, but you righties are just as bad. So how about both fences of idiots simply come out of there and meet in the middle?

@@domino52o26 As Blkwng said, she's a trained Division Agent. This is her bread and butter. In game, most Division agents are AT LEAST police, fire, or other first responders. Most of them are CIA, NSA, Military, or other combat focused people. From personal experience, most random, untrained, people will react as these two goofballs did in this situation. There's something called adrenaline paralysis, and its basically when the sheer amount of adrenaline your body dumps in a life or death situation renders you incapable of responding to a threat. It's something that self-defense or combat training teaches you to avoid. The only way to do that is to essentially make your offensive action to remove the threat an automatic reaction, rather than a choice. From personal experience, you don't choose to use lethal force to remove a threat, your training decides for you.

This is the most epic collaboration between youtubers ever. I am pumped!

My point is, she is not holding it still. I think the gun almost completed a full cycle. However, as she's covering the ejection port, the empty shell did not eject, and thus there's a jam. You can obviously see the thug cocking the gun to eject an empty shell later. Since she was holding a piece of metal moving at high velocity and that there's gas escaping the gun, of course her hand bleeds.

SamTulster there are hundreds of videos of people doing it on youtube, I'm sure it's possible to get it wrong just like it's possible to trip when you do something as simple as walking, but it is relatively easy. Also, she didn't do it wrong, if you look at 3:03 you can see she has a full grip before the trigger is pulled
