The DEFENSE won the Bucs the asterisk Super Bowl during the pandemic. I'm a Bucs fan that literally stopped rooting for them when they got Brady. I might be the only one to do that. (People don't believe me when I say that) I can't just drop my hatred for a player because he signs with my team. Tom Brady is the most overrated athlete in the history of sports. He's the GOAT because his teammates consistently bail him out when he puts up mediocre numbers in the playoffs. Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown were his weapons in Tampa. The team was loaded! In the end my rant won't matter because the media has brainwashed everyone to think this overrated weirdo is the GOAT.

He will be the first to admit there are many, many, with more natural talent than he had, but he didn't let that stop him from being BETTER than they were. A lesson for everyone in life, something most of America had in our bones for a really long time, and something we need back in more Americans again

I would caution applying this universally, despite how much I am inspired by Brady's persistence. I really do see the good intentions with this comment, I do. I wish there were more people who were willing to do their best instead of trying to get ahead in a manipulative conniving way. As I am disabled, I do not want to feel terrible because I have biological limitations to what I can do. If I can do my best in my own authentic way, that's enough for me. It may not be for others. Otherwise, I hope more Americans take that lesson to heart all the same.

It’s bit disingenuous of a comment by the way. Even though other pros were better than Tom he was still 6’4 massive with one of the best arms in the NFL. At that point you’re splitting hairs saying others are more talented, he’s also vastly talented just not quite as much. But that doesn’t mean you can take an average Joe and they can outwork that level of talent-even if that talent never tried a day in their life. Is what it is.

I was 23 when he came into the league...im now 46.. he literally played half of my life. im not a Pats fan...im all KC....that being said...Tom is the greatest to ever do it. Greatness like TB doesnt come often. Ali, Ruth, Jordan, Grestki and now Brady...hes that elite in sports history... the number 12 should be retired from the NFL. It was a privilege to watch him and worry about him all these years...

My team was so sorry (Falcons) I always had to pick a team to root for during the playoffs because we seldom made the playoffs. Well, Tom Brady & the NE Patriots were my pick and they became my 2nd favorite team. Man they brought me such joy. And never was I so torn as I was during SB LI and because even as the life of my Falcons was slowly being snuffed out in that game I couldn't help but admire Tom Brady's greatness. This should be a city by city tour b/c he was the best.

Out in front, on the steps walking in, like how the falcons have a giant falcon, the patriots need a giant brady holding up his hands with 6 rings on the fingers.

I legit still wanted to see what he had in him until the end, he always had greatness.. the Super Bowl with the Bucs is one of THE craziest sports stories ever. He was a 40 year old man that left to keep playing and won his 7th super bowl ..

Not a Pats fan but I have to admit Tom is the GOAT! Not just the GOAT at quarterback, but also the GOAT of NFL players!!! His accomplishments are legendary and his ability to play past 40 are just insane!

I am one of the blessed ones who can say they were born and raised a New England Patriots fan with Tom Brady as the quarterback. I was born a month to the day before we won our first Super Bowl. Thank you, Tom!!!!

When you look back at what he accomplished for so long in this day and age of free agency with so many different players it was nothing short of miraculous. He will alway be the GOAT. Forgot to mention he was 6th round.
