I am planning to start doing a bit of narrated videos as well, and it's always good to have ideas about things you people would like to know about life in this country.

My routine for 4 years. Get the Chuo line from Nishi-Ogikubo where I lived, get off at Shinjuku, take the Yamanote line train to Shibuya for work. I really miss Japan.

Ahh the old Yamanote Line. I've fond memories of you, so many places to go in just one line. Shinjuku, Yoyogi, Harajuku, Shibuya, Meguro, Shinagawa, Hamamatsucho, Shimbashi, Yurakucho, Tokyo, kanda, Akihabara, Okachimachi, Ueno, Tabata, Komagome, Ikebukuro. So many memories in those places in the past five years and all thanks to this reliable train line. Thanks for sharing and bringing it back these memories.

Fantastic Yamanote Line video, Tokyo Explorer. It is just like being there, but from the comfort of a living room. 4K makes a difference, especially on a Sony LED TV.

I wonder what makes Japanese trains so fascinating. I went there like 3 times and by the third time I was oh they replaced the E231-500 with the new E235. Unrelated but they're testing a Blue E235-1000 series on the Yokosuka Line and I think they're going to upgrade the Sobu Rapid Line with it too.
