George, one thing to note about the Asakusa Tourist Information Center is that it was designed by Kengo Kuma, a brilliant architect!

It's so good to see you again George!!! I really like the video mostly in voice-over. Sometimes it is possible to speak to camera and that's cool, and sometimes it's so much better for audience, youtuber, and the people around to do a voice-over. ♡♡♡♡♡

Lol I like how you say you are too embarrassed to talk to the camera. Good honesty
Such a great video going over the Sensoji activities. Thank you!
I'm glad this video popped up on my KZread feed. I'll be staying at a nearby hotel in Asakusa in Mar 2024. I'll definitely be checking out the places and be sure to visit Kamejuu
Thank you for this video, it was great! I am planning a trip next year and there's so, so much to read up on and plan. (SIM card or wifi, which airport, train cards, etc.) Looking forward to it.
Haha, I super enjoyed this vlog! Thanks for the tips. We will be visiting Asakusa next month. This deserves a like and subscribe. 😄

I went to Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center last year, its a beautiful building itself and has an amazing view. Besides we could enjoy a free activity, there were three awesome and kind old ladies that taught us to draw a kanji in ink.

Great video and great travel guide, George!!! 😄 I was missing the videos. Japan is so amazing and the Asakusa area is one of the places I really want to see. In future videos you could do guides teaching tourists how to get around Japan, i.e. how to buy a boarding ticket, how to get around stations, how to catch a train. By the way, this "Come on!" is nostalgic. It'll be a year since you were here.

I love visiting Asakusa. There's still a lot of places I could explore there and I will when I come back. About melon pan, I first heard of it when reading the manga Ranma 1/2. I thought it was melon flavored, so when I finally got to visit Japan, I got one from the grocery. It didn't have any flavor, so I thought it was because it was a mass produced kind of bread. I went to that same store in Asakusa, got melon pan. Still no flavor, but it was delicious.
''Same method as calling someone ''Harry Potter'' because they look like Harry Potter.'' Nothing wrong with that. It's logical to me. I loved this video. The places to see look like so much fun and very nice. 😊💚

@@GeorgeJapan George I had a fantastic time in Japan. After I watched your video, I went and looked at all of the photos from that trip. Many of these different sites you showed us in your video are sites that I had taken photos of. I even had the bread, which the signs in English said “Japanese traditional sweet bread”. I remember it being really tasty! I found your channel from Food Insider, and really enjoy the content you put out. Thank you very much for sharing your amazing country.
