As a Dominican woman, it was nice to see the interviewers compassion and non-judgement regarding where Tokischa comes from. Naturally, you have to come from there to know about that life. For me it highlighted how liberal she is and how conservative America can be. She’s uncensored, raw, genuine and on another planet compared to most. Love Hot 97, they’re the best! Just love how Tokischa keeps making people’s jaws drop 😊

TOKI IS THE REALEST OF THE RELEAST! I love her so much. When i first heard her music, i must admit i did go woah, why say things so roughly? ... But now i sing them out loud at the gym, my home and anywhere else because WE CAN! And that's what Tokischa represents i think, trap, spanish rap, reggaeton, dembow and (quite honestly) anything this woman feels confident to jump into deservesssss to have a wild unapologetic female perspective. I'm so happy about being a woman and being a perra when i feel up to it and not because other people want me to. Tokischa claims her sexuality like a boss, and yah, it's raw but it's real too.
