It's very much the small-town thing. I'm from one as well, and a large percentage of kids are drinking regularly by the time they're thirteen or fourteen, and smoking weed almost as young. There's another 13-15 year old in the hospital almost every weekend from alcohol poisoning. I love that you could see Tom attempting not to roll his eyes at the stupid woman with her activities, under his public mask, and Bill repeatedly side-stepping the weed questions.

Awww Bill is such a good sport, he stood up to dance when nobody did xD if he wouldn't of stood up, she would've stood there by herself :/ haha I love Bill ♥
