Oh my god i was exactly 16 years old when i watched this interview at the TV on Saturday morning…. Time goes by so fast😭😭

Translation :) A new and a very young band is high on the charts and is already in our studio. I'm welcoming Tokio Hotel. Good moring. You're from Magdeburg and are on summer break and had to get up extra early this morning. Was that difficult for you? Bill: Definetly, yes. Interviewer: But you haven't been able to really enjoy your vacation. You had to work alot. Made a music video and performed on stage alot. We'll take a look at the video so that our audience can learn all about you. Movie clip narrorator person: Threw the monsoon directly into the charts. Tokio Hotel has managed to do what every newcomer band dreams of. With their new single the 4 boys from Magdeburg climped this week from 0 to #2 on the charts. Tokio Hotel are singer/songwriter Bill (15), his twinbrother Tom as the guitarrist, Drumms Gustav(16) and Bassist George(17). Eventhough they are still very young they have already gathered alot of live experience. As a band they are performing since 2001 in clubs and now they will be performing on the big stage. And maybe they will then be able to fullfill their biggest dream - to perform in Tokio. Interviewer: Monsoon is really catchy. Congratulations. Tokio Hotel where did you get your name? Whats the meaning behind it? Bill: Well we thought we are all city people and we tried to find a name wich can symbolise all of our upcoming experiences. So we said that we need a big city and Tokio was somehow perfect. Interviewer: But you've never been there. Bill: No we've never been there which pretty good because what we'll experience is also something we havent done before. And so we thought we'll choose a city which will represent that. And "Hotel" because we're on the road so much. Interviewer: Yeah maybe you'll be able to go to Tokio soon. Bill and Tom, you can barely notice it - you are twins. Identical twins. Why do you look so different. Do you want no one to notice that you're twins? Tom: Well we didn't really try to look identical. Until the age of 6 we still dressed pretty much the same and no one could tell us apart. But after that it just grew apart. Bill: Yeah it probably happened. idk Interviewer: In school you were seperated in the 7th grade. Bill: Yeah. Interviewer: Why? Tom: The teachers thought that we had to much power as identical twins and that we use that to much. That's why they put us in different casses. Interviewer: How do the teachers like it when you perform late and have to go to school early the next day? Bill: They haven't really noticed it yet. This has all started during our summer break. Now we are woundering what school will be like and what the others will say. Interviewer: One more question: do you have idols? The kid with hat and white tshirt: I think I'm the only one who has an idol and its Lars Ulrich from metallica. Interviewer: So you all like him? Bill: we all listen to different music. Kid on the left: I've always been a fan of Oasis. Interviewer: But you still get along. Everyone: yeah. Interviewer: I recomend the new record to everyone. Awesome that you're here. Bill: Hi I'm Bill and I'm the band singer. Gustav: Morning. I'm Gustav and I play the Drumms. Tom: Tom, I play the guitar. Interviewer: And you are increadably young. Who is the youngest? Bill: me. I'm 10 minutes younger then he(Tom) is and we are 15. But well be 16 on September 1st. Interviewer: You are twin brothers. And you've been playing together since years eventhough you are only 15. Since when have you been playing? George: As a band 5 years. Bill: Tom and be started when we were 7 and did our fist performances when we were 9. And 5 years ago the other two joined us. Interviewer: So you're still all going to school. Monday your on vacation? Bill: Yeah that right. Summer break. Interviewer: Do you go to school like this? With this hair? Bill: Yeah exactly like this. Interviewer: But need more time in the morinings in the bathroom then girls do. Bill: yeah that can happen. Interviewer: How long does it take you to get your hair like this? Bill: If i hurry up then 1 hour, but if i take my time it can be up to two hours. Interviewer: You take 2 hours to do your hair?! Bill: Yeah. Well not just my hair. Everything. Interviewer: haha ok I have the feeling that you have a lot infront of you. You said you've been playing together for may years. How did that happen that you suddently became so famous? That you have your own record. How did you get discovered? Thats what so so many people dream of in your age. Tom: We were discovered verry cassicly. In the club where we always play a producer of ours happened to be in the crowd and then he invited us to his studio. And we tried to work together and that worked out. Interviewer: I wish you the best. did you find out about the pope coming to this town? Everyone: Yeah. Interviewer: What do you think about that? Everyone: yeah... haha Interviewer: Magdeburg isn't very katholic Everyone: nah not really. Interviewer: We have an eye on you. Tokio Hotel, the discovery of the years 15 - 17. die waren damals noch so klein und niedlich *-* ich glaube als ich das video zu durch den monsun das erste mal gesehen hab war ich fünf oder sechs ich weiß es nciht genau. ich fan bill damals i-wie total süß aber viel konnte ich mit den vieren nich anfagen. mitlerweile bin ich 14 und liebe die band über alles *-* sie haben mein leben verändert und dafür bin ich dankbar ;*
