The problem I have is Ohio doesn’t know what legal is. They don’t know what the definition of legal is. It’s time to put cops to work after criminals. Cannabis is legal, so why do we still have cops involved in Cannabis? Wake the hell up Ohio cannabis is legal. No cops are necessary.

It's youtube, not the channel. Free speech MUST be strictly worded as "opinion" here on youtube or the comment will be automatically deleted. Mainly because youtube relies entirely upon ad revenue for profit. And one thing which has been proven over and over again since 2020 is that objective truth scares away youtube's main source of income. The less viewers watching an upload, the less their profits. The only place to escape the crack-down in under a comment left by another person. @@BajatheChickenMan to be real, I have a medical card here in Ohio. Was just in Michigan the other day. Prices are decent in Michigan for sure. But believe it or not I'm getting a better deal here in Ohio from my go to dispensary. Now ofc I didn't check out a ton of dispensary I just stopped by one on the way home. 15-20$ an 1/8th Buut I'm paying 10$ for 2.8 and 30$ for a half right now (The 2.8 is for bud and the half is shake)

Laws don’t get passed unless someone makes money off of it. Those people don’t become in charge to be broke.

Nope. Sorry wrong again. Ohio didn’t vote this in only the big cities like Cleveland, Columbus, cincinnati. Where the majority of crime is. In my area it didn’t pass in a large area. Ashland has already made a law that no dispensaries are allowed in town. 👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸

The funny part is I quit smoking Marijuana when Hemp was legalized, That means me and everyone else who started using hemp were NOT using street dealers. That’s amazing right? Well not to Republicans in my state because they banned almost all smokable hemp products (which by the way leaves no smell even closely compared to marijuana) I’m sorry I am rambling but this stuff is not going anywhere and allllll the weed dealers I knew keep getting richer and richer. Really, GOP better start rethinking shit or I’ll vote Democratic just to slowly get rid of street dealers making more in one week than we do in month. Most dealers can not survive without selling weed incase you are not aware 😂

I stopped asking my mommy if it was okay to do anything a long time ago. Guess mommy can just get over it.

I know it probably has to do with Federal law, but I find it so silly that I can have a basement literally full of Jack Daniels or guns for that matter, but I am only allowed to possess 2.5 ounces of a marijuana. Now, I know nobody is knocking on my door to check my stash (and I don't use marijuana often enough to have that much on me at one time) but it is still so goddamn absurd!

The black market has been alive and well for decades. Stop using that as an excuse for anything. Just let the dispensaries sell to the general public. I don't care one way or the other, at least I don't have to worry about growing a couple of plants if I choose. Who the hell needs 12 plants for "personal use"?

To answer your question about who needs 12 plants, look up the process for taking plant clones. You need to take a lot of clones to get good offspring. Limiting the quantity of plants is pointless. Some plants can grow to be as large as trees.

@@kel5944 1. That is NOT the reason behind the 12 plant limit. Not even close. 2. One can clone from the same lone plant as many times as one prefers. (cloning 1;01) Each offspring, considering ideal living conditions are met, will be as good as it's parent each and every time. Can even do that with more than one genetic line. It only starts to become a problem if one clones a plant which has already flowered, although that has been proven to be possible for at least 3 following generations without much change, presuming cloning took place very close to the beginning of the flowering stage. And it is 6 plants per individual, 12 per household (more than one 21 year old residing within the household). If there is only one legal adult in the home, more than 6 plants could get the person into legal trouble. 12 is not an "arbitrary number". THC is still classified as a drug, regardless of legality. THAT is why 12. To borrow from your response... "no points for you". You've been in it for what, 5-10 minutes? Check the ego at the door and perhaps you can learn something from that 40 years of experience. After all, your generation has improved, but did not invent cloning. We were cloning plants 40 years ago in 4th grade science; the modern cloning concept beginning in 1958.

Just grow your own weed. put crushed limestone and elemental sulfur in the soil and a table spoon of molasses in along with each nutrient feeding for max buddage. microbes will break down the sulfur into sulfuric acid. The soil will work better the longer everything is melded. a 4x4 growtent can get you a pound of weed every 4 months.

I have to laugh at everyone because we always had cannabis flower that you can legally buy at vape and head shops since the Hemp bill passed. I am not talking about CBD or Delta 8 I am talking about THC-A flower that see for sell . When you grow cannabis the THC does not exist until you convert the THC-A by using heat. So this whole time people have been able to buy cannabis flower 😂

ENTIRELY incorrect. THC is found in the plant while it is alive and growing or sitting in a bag, no heat needed as you incorrectly claimed. From the roots to the tip of the leaves, THC is there. Hence why eating the plant produces similar effects to smoking the plant. You have just defended the case for NOT legalizing the plant for anyone who has not yet obtained the minimum basic education deemed compulsory via Federal law.

​@@theduder2617 You have to use decarboxylation on the flower before it can be consumed. Otherwise you will not feel anything. Decarboxylation is heating up THC-a.. and changes the molecule structure converting it into THC. With THC-a hemp plants, they are normal cannabis plants. They are harvested early and tested early before developing very much THC during the curing process. So when it is tested, it comes back as what can be defined as hemp. After it is packed.. it slowly dries and some of the THC-a is naturally converted, then when it is heated up and smoked more THC-a is converted into THC. Vaping at a low temperature will convert the most THC-a. I can attest to this from actual experience. You can extract THC from leaves and stems, but it takes a lot of it because of how little THC they have in them. I feel like you may have some misconceptions about cannabis. So yes, the farm bill accidently legalized cannabis via loophole. This is what happens when politicians write bills and do very little research on the topic.
