Hi I am crying everyday with tail bone pain it’s a killer very very painful no cushions I am buying are helping why do you think that the toilet seat works because it does

This is so good. All the commercial products are useless, with the hole too small. Thanks for this. But not easy to diy such a product even if you find a spare toilet seat.

After seeing this video I bought a wooden toilet seat, removed the lid, and traced the seat onto two 1-inch thick squares of foam, then cut them out. The foam came from a craft store and is not very firm. Two layers is definitely NOT enough. I might try to find something really firm to add to it. Already, though, I’m not as encouraged as I was at the start. When I sit on the layers of foam stacked on the seat, the fabric of my pants pulls tight against my bottom - which in turn causes my insides to get crushed, and all the regular pain returns. I have hypermobile tailbones, along with a slew of other issues resulting from that. So for MY particular issues this seems to be no better than sitting on any other tailbone cushion. BUT that’s not to say it won’t be helpful to other people! It’s definitely worth trying. Buy a cheap toilet seat. But I’d advise looking for some very firm foam cushion. I plan on using an old pillowcase to cover it, cutting the hole and sewing it on by hand. I’ll update if / when I finish this. I’d like to hear how other people’s attempts go - what you did, and how (or if) it helps.

You can get raised toilet seats on amazon or ebay and could adapt it for your needs hope it helps

Oh man ! Just love you for that, I am not sure why I have so many pain there, I hope no tumors or something like that, when I go sleep I have almost no pain or after a while in bet is really nice, no pain, but just seat on my couch, very soft one, start the pains,by driving is not to bad, interesting. Never had this problem before, I tried to stretching and was much worse too, exercise are not very good at moment, by swimming is no pain, for this reason I thing is not a tumor, can you confirm that with your great knowledge please ? I live in Florida, where I can consulting your clinic ? Or do you know any physician close to Tampa ? Someone good like you please 😊 God bless you for the great videos

Thanks million You really solved my unknown issue I was feeling this uncomfortable pain some times , I even changed my office chair because of it . I questioned my self , why toilet seat is not causing any pain ? And I searched and luck me I found this video . I took old sponge that I have and I cut it square exactly same size as my office chair, then I took the measurements of the toilet seat and I draw it on the sponge , I left 1 inch from top and bottom , and I cut the hole with a sharp knife. I tested it , I wasn't expecting any difference , but I am really shocked how it make me cery comfortable . I even cover it with a full cover so the hole is no longer visible , it looks like a very normal sofa cushion. I really advise you all to try it

No i don't have pain on toilet...i have pain if i sit too long anywhere like watching tv and donut doesn't really help cause the severe pain is when i lift off the donut... It also starts hurting too liking on donut.
