A curiosity, did you know that before the invention of toilet paper, several other materials were used for the same purpose? Products such as rags, furs, grass, coconut or corn leaves and even lettuce were what they had at the time.
Starting with the paper itself used to manufacture it. The forklift loads the wood fiber pulp onto the conveyor belt.
Operators load the pulp to be poured into water tanks with chemical additives.
From the tank, the pulp undergoes a process where it becomes paper.

The paper is wound in the form of jumbo spools. They are labeled, stored and sent to toilet paper factories.
At the factory, the equipment makes the core of the paper roll. The sheets are glued in the form of a tube. And the saw cuts to the desired length. Note that the core is long, as it will be rewound with the paper and then cut.
The machine rewinds the paper on the core with the programmed amount.
The end of the roll is sealed so that it does not come loose and affect production and facilitates its use by the user.
The stacker crane loads the coils to the cutting area. The saw cuts the rolls to the standard width.
Now the toilet paper is ready to be wrapped. The belt itself directs the right packaging line.
For palletizing, robotic arms are used for stacking.
