Problem is that this calculator is facing the shopkeeper . and everyday 500 people come and pay with UPI ..and every time he has to rotate the calculator with no option to display the qr code to him... dont get me wrong...i love your calculator and want to buy it.... but i am juat giving a feedback

Product is really nice . It will be better if you provide voice to text support in calculator to remove the hectic in writing the name of customer or remembering the id code and it will be also helpful in searching 100's of product instead of remembering the code .To provide more accurate searches retailer onboard all the products on your app and your calculator can find the name among 100s products just by voice command .

Just few suggestions which would be software based only. Which can be implented within software only 1-If bill is 100 ₹ , client want to pay 50 by upi and 50 by either cash or credit. There should be a option avl to breakup the amount. 2- In order to enable owners to run business by relying on employees. There should be different level of authorization for employees like the limitations on discount and not enabling the credit option when employee is handling device. Login ID and Password assigning system. 3- Integration with whatsapp is very very easy now a days through third party apps which need only APIs. For sending payment reminders and sending a soft copy of bill. 4-Further steps would be inventory management which you can charge a subscription for, which peolle will buy because they want to keep track of inventory in order to go ownerless enterprise. I had few more things but maybe it would be require changes in hardware. For V5 perhaps😇

Next version should have a smaller screen on the back where its slanded so you dont have to pick up the calculator turn it around to the costumer and thos should be uploaded to google drive in to an automatic spreadsheet. So you can check later . On a bigger screen or print. Make its modular like a card swipe add on. Maybe a small display for with extension for UPI code display.

The idea is good, but the usage of smartphone cannot be fully stopped, and while entering customer data also we cant remember ids of all customers, in smartphone it will be handy to search the customer in seconds, the billing part also it can be easily integrated with app where u can get the prints by wifi connection with printer, so i think development of an app(which is already present) is suitable rather than a new product

This looks awesome but what I've noticed in the Version is that the UI of the calculator is not looking fast and smooth. This can be a deal breaker because we know how fast shopkeeper needs to do the calculations and they can get frustrated and annoyed by this. I think optimization is needed for the UI. I am sure that you guys have seen the Vyapar app and how it is doing the billing and ledger-keeping thing, I understand that you want your forte to be in making an IoT device for an audience who doesn't want much complexity but what I believe is that you can start working with the billing app as well, as most of the times, despite having a billing app or software on PCs and POS devices as well, many shops do require such devices like yours. But, because this device can not be integrated with their app, they cannot use such devices. If you could provide an interlinkage or maybe an app entirely developed by you for the product or maybe a collaboration with such billing apps, this would be really great.

This is an extremely good idea. But there are few flaws. 1) The learning curve is too steep a shop keeper from Tier 2 or 3 will not understand on how to use the app. 2) The devices is laggy, is should be extremely quick. Every millisecond counts for a shopkeeper when 2-3 customers are lined up. 3) What’s the point in showing the QR code to the shopkeeper? It should be shown to the customer and a shopkeeper cannot keep turning the calculator for every transaction.

Hey you can go with th Tvs thermal printer, since it's the most popular one, it should cost you about 7k, there are other 2 inch printers which you can get at 2k only!

its only for the first look , but in reality you need the thing to be more faster you process is one time but it is more complex , it can be used by super bazars but they don't buy your product because they choose more powerful system like barcode scanner and computers , product should be more easy and flexible to the normal retailer's then it will be a massive hit like UPI

The animations are making it appear a bit slow it's pretty fast in real life, also due to explanation it is taking so much time it's faster if you have to record a transaction, also we are looking on adding barcode scanner for people with huge inventory!
