All those commenting as if a girl abandoned should be cared for by a non-biological male. Does the country have social services for abandoned children? Why are kids being left everywhere and cared for by nonfamily members? Something smells bad. One channel has a 15-year-old child pregnant. Some of these relationships are not appropriate
