Excellent job of recovering from the flood. I suggest that you also place a vertical trench (about a foot deep) on the stream side of the horizontal cement walkway and tie it into the horizontal part to prevent the water from lifting the horizontal part in a flood. Water can be very powerful.

@@user-xm3sv4dd2b In Asia especially Vietnam. A morning harvest to the market can only make you 10 dollars rich and that if you are lucky. A small cloth backpack with vegetables only makes $2 dlls. These people are not actors, they work hard to survive and with what’s available for them to build. You western will never understand us Asian people. This is reality. I am from Malaysia, I've been there I felt very sad. Therefore, please watch with understanding and not simply judge and give false accusations. I thank this person that has been there, she or he also spoke up for the elders. Thank God their tradition is to help the elders. I will ask you? Would you work this hard? Like sowing rice 🌾 in the muddy fields. Would you harvest 🌽 corn rice 🌾. Go into the forest/mountains to harvest wild fruits, vegetables? Just to get pay for acting all this hardship. Look at their toe nails, their feet, their hands. Most will end up with arthritis, rheumatoid pains. You have seen the elders walking bend, have you asked yourself why. How would you harvest bending down all their life. All this none sense of they are actors, they don’t live there, they should wash their hands before eating, change their clothes etc. they just share a glimpse of their hardship. Would you go to Vietnam and become an actor and work beside them?

Read & pay attention to the comments ts. Concrete walls about 8 feet high are essential in keeping flood waters in co trol. The sidewalks are just good for walking on them. Maybe you could ask Dau for advice. He is more experienced in construction.

Maybe Kong should have given more thought to the words FLOOD PLAIN before he purchased a disease infested Swamp that's going to flood at least once a year - every year. And by the way did you sympathizers (donators) ever stop and think how much money that suspension bridge cost, let alone the materials that went into the first bridge? Cement, Lumber, Nails, Paint, Rope, and more. The Wire Rope (Cable) estimated 400 feet. In the U.S. that sized Cable is $2.00 to $3.00 a foot. He buys Lumber and Cement like he's a major Construction contractor in his area. How's he paying for all that? And he'll need even more money for the next flood or the next disease.

really enjoy your videos, but The sidewalk wont hold back to much water, it;s sitting on top. it needed a trench in the middle 10 to 12 inches deep.

Your pond water should look like the creek water nice and clear.

KONG bạn nên đặt những viên đá lớn giống như những viên đá bạn đặt ở cống ao xung quanh chân trụ mà bạn đang đỡ cầu. Rất nhiều chúng bao quanh những đôi chân đó để giúp chúng được hỗ trợ nhiều hơn khi nước dâng cao. KONG you should put huge stones like the ones you placed at the pond drain around your pillars legs you have holding up the bridge. Lots of them all arounf those legs to give them more support from the high waters.
