Idk when I’m due for my next red lady moment but when the flood comes I’ll definitely listen to this Plus my symptoms are cravings (I go for anything meaty, sweet, salty etc) on and off sleepiness, uncomfortableness in my legs (like the feeling you don’t want to walk around just lay in bed feeling) cramps (so I have to swallow Panadol) and mood swings

My shark weeks within the past 6 months have been nuts, and i recently started birth control, and all my physically incompasitating cramps and heavy flow have practically disappeared!
