Gaines' vocabulary blows my mind....she constructs sentences like she's at LEAST 5 and she's not even 3.....I forget she's still 2...because man!!! Love love love her!

adricastro Katie has done so good with speaking to her. Her and Cullen both have talked to her normal and not in such a baby voice even since she was just 6 months old. I think that has a lot to do with it! She's a precious baby girl for sure!!!

Emily Rose They're friends with the daily bumps why would you even compare them together each kids has different problems and learn differently .... I'm sure it's things you don't know how to do at the age you are don't be so rude .... I hope you're ​not a adult....smh

Emily Rose Oliver definitely has a speech delay, but chances are that's nothing to do with the parents. Some children just need a bit of speech therapy. Could be anything. I was speaking like Gaines at around the same age but my brother wasn't until at least age 4. All children are different.

A 2 year old has a bigger bed then me(19 years old). 😂😂 I can't believe how big Gaines has gotten from August. In August she still looked like a baby and now in May she's a big girl! 💕

I love the teal in Gaines' room! I like the touches of pink, but she pulled at my heart strings asking for pink so the girl deserves a pink bed spread 😂💗

The K&J Way enjoy it. The next thing you know they run from you and squirm when you try to hold them :( I nannied a baby (sometimes still do occasional care for her) and now she is 18 months and I miss when she was 2 months old. Because she let me hold her when she was two months. Now she doesn’t :(

Maybe pale pink comforter with white pillows and white curtains with a rug with all colors to tie together.Your home is really coming together. Looking good guys!

Because when Gaines is older she won't want pink any more and I wouldn't want to take all the furniture out and paint it and then put the furniture back!

She'll regret it when she's older. I had a friend who's room was pink and purple and when she turned 13, she hated it. Teal is a color that will last her for a long time. And if she ever switched rooms with Brooks or future siblings, the color would work then too :-)

Doing the walls teal is great she's gonna thank you when she's a teen for NOT doing pink trust ME!!!

LOL i totally agree to this comment. I was stuck with a bright baby pink bedroom until I was 18 thanks to my 5 year old self's love for pink.

I really like the teal walls. The comforter is cute with the pink chevron sheets. Just add more pink decor. Why spend money on another comforter when the one she has is cute?

I can't believe how much Gaines and Brooks have grown. She is so sweet and loving her speech is excellent for her age. I remember when Brooks was born now he can crawl and get into everything. I love pimento cheese sandwichs

You buy pink curtains and a pink other stuff will look nice

It's so cool to see Gained talk so much. My daughter is 2 & 1/2 and I wish she talked half of what Gaines does. We've been doing speech therapy since January and it really hasn't improved much. Hopefully soon!

Meg'slife lol I think it's awesome that it was her crib that transitioned to a queen, they saved money doing that... she will be able to have that even thru her adult years so when she visits her parents even when she's married she will have a nice bed.

Its so awesome to see how much kids change in just 9 months! I love how loud Brooks is. lol he cracks me up! my favorite is a thick fried Bologna sammich with cheese and mayo.

I can't believe how much that I have missed since I've been not watching a lot of my favorite KZreadrs.. Miss Gains & Baby Brooks have really grown.. I think Gains teal colored bed -spread will be fine as long as you put some pink & what other colors you want to incorporate in her room throw pillows on her bed & accessorize with pink a little through-out her room as well.. Love the shutter style blinds it makes the room look more girly with the lace in them so when you change the color of fabric replace it with a type of lace.. Yes Cullen, the Fidget Spinner & Fidget Cube are a must have for kids of all ages in my area, but my daughter hasn't asked for either one yet but all her friends have them.. I love her room, it's so cute and I feel like she won't get tired of it as she gets older like usually if a little girl had like a princess or whatever themed room you would have to change it after few years but since her room it based off of colors you won't have to worry about her getting tired of it anytime soon and it's great you used her crib into a bed as well, what brand was the crib?

Definitely a pink comfortable to break up some of the blue. Adding more pink accents will really make the room pop! Love the color!

It's mind-blowing watching Gaines grow up in front of our eyes! She's such a little smarty-pants, but also a little sassy-pants & I love it! :)

I prefer the teal comforter--it compliments the room nicely. You can always add pink accents, which will add a pleasant pop of color and you can choose various shades of pink..

I love the bedding Gaines already has. It has the touches of pink without it being overwhelming. She could also have accents of pink in other areas of her room like how her room was in the old house.

I have that same color on my walls and have a bed spread that has a little of the teal in it but has purple, yellow, and navy blue in it and I think it looks great with the room. I also have pink and light green accessories on my wall which I think look great. Just accessorize with the other colors and I think she would love it!

Gaines has really changed a lot in the past year. It's so sweet watching her grow up but it was so sweet watching her as a baby too.

Loved Gaines room colour and i think a pink comforter would be beautiful. My daughter had a pink comforter with teal sheep on it when she was little. She has grown so much this year. In Australia the school year starts in February and ends in December. My kids are in their third week back after Easter holidays 😊

You can always have both pink and teal bed spreads since you already have the teal, switch them up when you change the sheets. Her room looks amazing with the teal, so I wouldn't get rid of it, equally pink would go lovely in the room. :)
