I did my 18 month old hair in beads for the 1st time. Took me 2 days to finish..lol I just learned about getting multiple beaders from Amazon and have them loaded up. Makes the job go faster

I find myself up at 1:00 in morning with 15 month old girl who a busy body an I'm going to be doing beads first time on her so I'm searching all these bead tutorial an dif hair styles..I been doing protective styles on her awhile now..ok let me start..she still has her paci to..cute..

Thank you Beautiful! Yes, it helps secure the beads. It’s important to teach her not to pull on her hair. With toddlers, you may have to remind them; however, soon they will understand not to touch their pretty hair. 🥰

Does plating the babies hair help it grow my 3 year old hair is just growing and all I do is plat it now and oil it it's not so tall to attach beads as yet

Cordellie Jermieka hey love! Thanks for your comment. Protective styling helps your baby girl hair retain its length. Braids or plaits can help! Mostly because the hair is protective. Ensure you oil and moisturize her braids frequently. Have a hair regime and you will be fine. 😘❤️

Cordellie Jermieka it is a pleasure ☺️. If she tugs on them often, perhaps you can try other accessories. If not, then she will be fine. Also, if her ends are not in good health, you want them to be strong before applying the beads. You don’t want her hair to break.

One thing I have learned raising a girl is that those beads are not comfy for them while lying down. If the beads are below their head at the neckline its okay; but pressing against their scalp is a no no.

This is supposed to be a tutorial - why would you skip how to close up the beads at the end so that the beads don't fall out? I'm trying to learn so that I can do my niece's hair and that's a huge missing detail because I'm not used to beading. Disappointing
