Like I said in other similar video comment. The dad or grandad is special to greet, as mom or grandma is there all day with you, usually, changes you, bathes you, takes you to dentist and school and admonishes you sometimes. Dad or grandad gets to be the 'good cop', and also grandparent you with treats. Dad arriving is more special.

All the eleven grandchildren in my extended family love grandpa. He is warm and loving and fun to be with. When my mother was alive, she loved them too but grandpa was the favoured one. My father has a way with people, young and old.

My grand dad was my best friend for the first 19 years of my life until he passed. Lived next door to him all my life and we were inseparable. 30 years later still remembering and using things he taught me. One day that kid will realize how lucky he is. Parents job is to parent and a grand dads job is just to love you!!
