I'm so sorry that the car incident is lingering on. I've been through something similar-seems like it keeps getting worse instead of better. Prayers for quick closure on that! Time to move on! I too have major anxiety about the dentist. The thought of the needles in my mouth. I’ve have a cavity that I have been avoiding to have filled for over a year. Did you find the AirPods helped.

AirPods helped a ton! I had to turn them up LOUD but it helped pass the time haha

We all have bad days from time to time. See if you can find a positive and think about it.

Biggest dental chicken you will ever meet here !! Dentist is kind and wonderful ! His husband run the office and we are TIGHT ! I always ask him if it will hurt - because dentist doesn’t hurt isn’t the same as friends doesn’t hurt !! AND I had 4 months of procedures and waiting AND drum roll please $12,500 of dental implants surgeries !! Me, the dentist and hubby were all in a big “it’s over” hug in the waiting room !!!!

My heart breaks for you for whatever you’re going through. Sending prayers your way.
