LOL, If I made the mistake of asking my dad for the time growing up, he'd say the exact same thing. Used to irritate the crap out of me but you said it Jason and not only did I LOL but it brought tears too. My daddy passed over 20 years ago and I still miss him. Yea, this Daddy's girl is missing her daddy and i'm 60 years old.

They indicated previously that the sale is being handled by a third party company that buys people their property when they can't do it on their own, then leases it back to them. They used those services when they moved in to the prior location, but got out of that lease when they moved and no longer have any ties there. So my point is they are not involved in the current sale situation and this is why. I believe I am stating this accurately based on what was said to explain this a few videos ago.

I need about 30-50/60 acres for my livestock & no restrictions sounded good for my husband to build hunting cabin on. Water & electric ready. So I Googled the address Shamrock South #3 & #4 Bristow. It was SDR1. So evidently you can hookup electricity. I’m calling on Tuesday after New Year’s. I called today but no answer. I figure they’re gone for the holiday. I will let you know what they tell me if you’re interested
