Two small things to consider. Take your back foot out for a second before initiating the gybe. It'll help keep the board more settled as you enter the gybe. Any extra movement is just a loss of speed. Then at the end of your gybe, get your front hand further back once you've flipped the rig. Both hands of course. So the front hand closer to the front of the harness line. Gets a more upright rig to give that small bit of extra power coming out. Give it a try and see how it works out. Otherwise good job. Gybing in all conditions well is a life long process.
