It’s in the Rodrick rules, book and movie. The reference is in the beginning where Rodrick tricks Greg into being late for the first day of school, then he proceeds to get ready for school doing similar actions Nicole does in the video, then dad busts into the kitchen with a baseball bat, and the mom carrying the child. The scene ends with them in Rodrick’s room and he’s asleep and smiles at the end.
