I am sorry to hear about your trials. I too lost a son that meant everything to me and my wife. He just turned 21 and was riding his bike home from work and a 65 year old drunk driver hit him and killed him. At first when I heard he was hit I prayed to God for his recovery I told everyone in faith that he was going to recover and that he and I would go to church together all this as the dr was telling my wife that he had only minutes to live see I was out of town working when all this happened all this just to say faith isn't faith until it's tested. So as you are going through your own storm just remember this is not our home and everything we go through on earth will not even compare to Gods glory for eternity. To God be the Glory

I’m so sorry for your loss of your son. I understand losing a loved one by a drunk driver. I lost my oldest brother & his wife, my best friend to a drunk driver. They were retired teachers. They were just taking a walk with their daughter-in-law & their 1st grandchild, 10 day old. These 2 survived but they were gravely injured. May our Lord hold & comfort you & your family. ❤️🙏❤️

I am 70 yrs old and Toby Mac brings so much joy to me as a Christian. His music touches my heart and I love the hip hop beat. Thank you Toby Mac! I know your heart breaks for the loss of your son but you are strong because of your faith and you help others to overcome the loss of their loved ones. I do not put technology over The Word. Technology does not run my life. The world would consider my a luddite, if you don't know what that is, look it up. My home isn't smart, I have no Netflix, no social media besides YT, I spend time with my kids & wife, they always come first. Look, I know it's easy for some of us to judge others, but please realize I used my ONE device to share all the hope Jesus has given us. If you think these devices have more power & authority then The Lord God himself, you're wrong. Jesus shed His blood for Us, I don't take that for granted. God knows the beginning and the End & He wants us to turn to Him for all of our needs. I do, do you?

I follow His commands, His law is written on my heart. I know, that I know, that I know, I'm Saved, Jesus Christ made a promise & He keeps His word. His Grace & Mercy is unmatched. I am thankful to serve a God like that! We have to be careful not to give too much credit to the enemy, The Lord is Sovereign over ALL of it, Jesus has been given Authority over the Heavens & the Earth, Amen. He is unmatched.

We've been praying for all the families that have lost a son. How hard.

We lost our only son to drugs....and have prayed for other families also because the pain cuts deep....so deep that I refused to bury him....he is home with us ....where he grew up....bless you🙋🏾

Most of his music is great,some overplayed,but he is very good,really lifts up the name of Jesus!

I’ve listened to a lot of TobyMac‘s music since the turn of the year. It has lifted my spirit so much. 🎶 Straight worship. 🥰

I cry when I hear his song. Tears of sadness because I couldn’t imagine losing someone I love that much. But I also am extremely humbled by this man who can still glorify God after what has happened.

Scutrs Back In comparison to secular pop music, Christian music, as popular as some artists like Toby Mac are in the genre, doesn’t make the same kind of money. The Christian music market is much smaller and that’s why many artists will tour together to expand opportunities because artists make most of their money touring, and some not as big artists don’t have the record label resources to set up their own tour individually, let alone fill those stadium or theater seats.

I have loved Toby for over 30 years. I first seen him with DC Talk in 1989 at Ichthus. Raise my kids on listening to him. I loved hearing him give testimony to the kindness of God that he has seen during this difficult time. Love these “old” but “new” songs! 👍 for Sour Patch candies! ❤️

OH toby. we lost our middle daughter last august, it's hard, but God has blessed us and poured out his love on us and our family, praying that God opens the doors to get u all back out there.

I grew up on Toby... he was one of the frontliners for kids like myself that didn't want piano hymnal music because music was very much part of my life!!!!!! And to pull me away from the worldly music, of which i had a lot, God used Toby & others at that time to give me something my age group was interested in while i drove my car or worked out... stuff like that. I still have his CD's and was able as a teenager to keep my eyes on Jesus while i rocked out and rapped out to some upbeat tunes!! I love Boost 101.9fm as well.... don't you dare misjudge my brothers & sisters in Christ bringing this type music... don't be so religious about it... we also listen to worship music that is more like Holy of Holy style but not everything needs to be calm and say Jesus every other sentence for Father God to approve of it.... God made us with our gifts and God is not weird like that as if on some hyper ego trip to be worshipped... i believe He loves to see us doing good things and you're not misbehaving just because you have rock on beat with positive lyrics... ok... so we can chill here, i don't believe they are trying to use God for success, rather i believe they are staying on the side of light and using the light God gave them~

I love the perspective God gives us when we have time to take a retrospective view of our life. God's "previent grace" becomes a personal gift He gives us. We don't usually have awareness of it until seen in retrospect. Sometimes you need to be in the desert to see it. But we have to be open to GOD'S will in our life to get it. The concept of Sabbath is real and very important. Love to hear you soaking it up mister. We lost our 18 yr old son 20 yrs ago to suicide. It was the hardest thing ever. Love you and praying for you and your fambly. (Band Included in these times) in His Name.

Toby has always stood up to the injustices of the world and I respect him for it. He's better than these "clout chasers". I also enjoy listening to his Diverse City band."
