In the Police, you can either be fired or reassigned and many Officers would prefer the former, as the latter means being posted to the station or department that is feared by all and forever stuck in your current rank which, if you're a Constable with ambition, is a nightmare!

I wouldn't necessarily say he was rude, he's often referred to by some of the Fandom as 'Overzealous' meaning he's trying to do right but going about it the wrong way. I've seen many adaptions and sequels where another Police Officer, often a Sergeant or senior, reveal that the Constable was enforcing an obsolete by-law meaning Thomas was perfectly legal at the time of the Constable ticketing him for being "Dangerous to the Public" and "A regular Lawbreaker"

I love seeing this side of Toby. It's not often we see him sceme in such a way that he doesn't get him in trouble

Reminds me of a similar story from someone else. Same constable booking people parked outside a church, also booked his boss. Then was sent packing.

A really perfect story about Toby vs the constable. Just goes to show that no matter what or how much of a know-it-all you present yourselves, you’re never above the law. ‘Cause karma can strike back wherever. I’m really enjoying these season 1 style stories so far. Keep up the grand work! 👍🏻

Clearly this Policeman has NO idea what's illegal and what's not, hates engines, and can't follow the right laws correctly. He should NEVER have been hired for the Sodor Police Department.

Another great episode mate, reminded me of the Toby and the Constable episode done by Liam Miller, though that one was more focused on exploring Thomas's jealousy toward Toby and of the FC dealing with the policeman. And the A ring of the Bell by NWR1991, which had Bertie in it and involved in an incident with the policeman. So this one is a nice addition to the policeman from Thomas in Trouble dealing with the characters that makes a nice small arc around Toby and him settling onto Sodor before Dirty Objects and filling in gaps between the tv episodes that I always love seeing.

That was a brilliant story. Amazing how Toby managed to teach that horrible policeman a lesson. Plus the part outside the church certainly rang a few bells with me. I knew I recognised that bit from somewhere 😀.

As always, fantastic job and 100/100. If Wilbert Awdry had come up with this story and Britt Allcroft had adapted it, we could have seen all of this sooner where Ringo Starr would have narrated this.

3:16 and 3:40 As the The Unlucky Tug once said. "Toby gives no f###!" and "Toby says f### the police!" THAT is what those brilliant custom cheeky Toby faces are telling me! Crazy watching a boring HIT Toby episode to this! 😂

A nice adaption! Often, the Constable ticketing his Sergeant's car outside the church is a downfall of his own making but having it be a result of Toby stitching him up is just as good! Next challenge for people adapting this story is whether or not the Constable tried to pin the blame on Toby or wisely kept quiet, lest he anger his Sergeant any more....

Even though that policeman asset is private. I think this is a very good story. 9/10!

I'm gonna push for its release on IHNTs end, the sergeant was an original character made for this but as no other S1s policeman has yet been released, and with Kiwis model a private commission itself, any future TV Series content commission i may have to make, i'm up to allowing to be released, mainly miscellaneous stuff though still to fill the void for most Thomas trainz users.

Oh so this must be what happened after the episode where Thomas gets falsely in trouble with that new constable. Good thing they found someone else to take his place at the end of this video. Now, neither Thomas, Bertie or Toby won’t have to worry about getting into false trouble

Wow, another fantastic episode, I love this for taking place after and the references from Thomas in Trouble is an marvellous idea that the policeman will be trouble, it's so wonderful to have Toby along with Thomas as main roles and the used for deleted scene from Thomas and Bertie is so perfect, can't wait to see it more and I love it!

3:18 this face for Toby feels absolutely perfect, was this a scrapped face from the original series? Because if not then this is a brilliantly made original face for him I love how it encapsulates his cheeky character without seeming malicious

Pretty good! And how do you fix the missing dependencies on the models you use? I use Sodor Workshops’s Models and they work great. And the SI models don’t work that great. How do you fix them?
