Today, Tobyhanna Army Depot unveiled its new strategic plan, charting the organization’s course through 2028. Dubbed “Toby 2028”, the new plan aligns with the depot’s four strategic focus areas: Investing in Our People, C5ISR Readiness, Shape the Future and Strategic Communications.
Toby 2028 is the continuation of our strategic planning efforts that began with the Toby 2020 initiative, which was the original road map that enabled Tobyhanna Army Depot to take a critical and honest look at our organization, mission and operations. Our strategic planning efforts are aligned with our headquarters, CECOM & AMC, and the Army’s 2028 plan.
