it seem you two forget or don't even know about Hamazura Shiage, THE REAL SECOND MC right behind Touma every one step behind, and The only character that messing up Aleister Crowley plans over and over again which a feat that Accelerator and misaka couldn't do. Also he's a REAL level Zero that beat that almost beat anyone with pure skill and strategist mind just like on Touma level. Also, Misaka title as "The best girl" already been taken by two blonde girl

The 3 index anime series have amazing stories Each mc all are powerful but also have a weakness Accelerator has someone to protect no matter what and now have to use a device to use his powers Misaka has a ton of power but also get targeted by a lot of societies who wants her power Touma tends to lose his limbs and like to go in like a tank... oh also he has lost his memories (or does he get them back I don't remember) so he doesn't know who he truly is yet but still go in as a tank... And yes I know there's more but they're not introduced to the anime index series so you have to read it And yes I sad they're as you know not show any spoilers

There are two clips of Othinus. One from the 10th Aniiversary event where JC Staff announced Heavy Object(Several years before Index 3), and the other clip where she thrusts her lance at the sky is fanmade.

I noticed a couple scenes of what seemed to be Touma and Accelerator working together, and at the very end, there was Misaka landing in front of those three mage-looking girls. Was this in the show? Was there an episode that I skipped over or something?
