What does the title mean

just a reference to the way my chronic suicidal ideation forces me to overvalue every moment i spend with a person, even in casually sexual relationships where romantic attraction may not be reciprocal. however, without any hope for future permanence, they just kind of feel like a waste of time. to the person im seeing, our relationship is just hedonistic fun, but to me its how im choosing to spend what i believe are the final months of my life. im thankfully not a slave to this cycle anymore. if i were destined to kill myself i wouldnt be here writing this verbose bullshit on youtube.

@@nothingissacrosanct At least there are/were those intimate relations. It baffles me what is in this title not to be understandable. We all have little time, whether for reasons abovestated or for the relativity and lack of permanence of anything actually.
