This video is fantastic. I was having huge difficulty with instability on reentry and just could not make it work. The concept of using heat shields as rear stabilizers is fantastic!
I spent months attempting this when the update came out. The heat shields are quite a tricky thing to figure out how to build into a design in a usable way.
Epico 👌 Buen video
Amazing
Awesome video
Genial
Please make a tutorial on that rocket
Did you know you can detach heat shields just by tapping them? You don’t need docking ports Edit: unless they are on a structure you want to come off

@@SpaceOneKZread I've been to mars with a river and I challenged myself to not use any parachutes and just used rockets it did take a long but I did it

Yess, it's quite pretty 😍
Do you have a picture of the rocket diagram? Just something to go off of? Thanks. I love SFS
... You should've used Hawk/Titan engine on Venus

Maybe, less time to get orbit but less efficiency 😅

My lander is now stucked on venus cause I underestimated how hard it is to launch from there. It got a docking port so maybe I can send first stage parts with strong engines and assemble a full sized rocket in Venus.. Though I wonder how can I land them on the exact spot.
Space one I’m on iOS and I can’t download the space one app / and please space one add it on iOS and iPadOS on the app store
Huh, I didn't think that a lander that small would be able to return to reach Venus orbit from the surface. I ended up using an Ion engine propelled tug to transport a 3 stage rocket to Venus' surface all with the intention of getting the top stage to reach orbit, rendezvous with the tug and head home. Looks like I need to go back to the drawing board.

The design is amazing. I’ve been able to land in Venus, but the return part always falls short of achieving orbit. Has anyone been able to replicate it?
A lot of wasted fuel. NASA would not approve 😂
BP the rocket pls
