To the Edge of the Arctic: Preparing for the Northwest Passage

We're about to embark on our biggest adventure yet - rowing the ENTIRE Northwest Passage in two rowboats we built ourselves! That's right, along with my fearless partner, Adam Riley, we're taking on one of the most challenging journeys on Earth: navigating the vast and unforgiving Arctic Ocean.
This first episode is just the beginning. We'll take you behind the scenes of the months of preparation that went into this incredible adventure. Witness the blood, sweat (and maybe a few tears) that went into building our rowboats, affectionately nicknamed "kittiwake" and "Dreamer." We'll also document the road trip north to Tuktoyaktuk, the official starting point for our 91-day odyssey.
Get ready for breathtaking landscapes, nail-biting challenges, and a whole lot of camaraderie as we face the unknown together. This is a story of human resilience, pushing boundaries, and the raw power of nature. Buckle up for an adventure you won't forget!

Well Matty oh boy, I've been waiting a couple years for this unbelievable adventure ahead! For me i'll sit in my armchair and watch but for you to have experience something like that must have been otherworldly and emotional all at the same time! Thank God you're able to do it because the majority of viewers wouldn't be able to. I can't wait to see the next episode!! Godspeed!

From a top-notch trapper, woodsman and pioneer to now a craftsman and a seafaring voyager you need a well-deserved million+ subs just to get all the exploits you've done out there! I know possibly this is not the right thing to say but 'since you have now gotten your feet wet' (Lol) a journey for all the ages?.....how about rowing completely around Newfoundland?! But whatever your next adventure will be, I'll be watching and vicariously living my life through your unmatched Herculean adventures....can't wait!!
