I would LOVE to see a SWSH gym (+final Pokémon chant)/ a Champeon Leon remix (thr champion fight, not battle tower) remix from you, given hiw genuinely incredible this theme is. I remember when i first heard this theme, I think it's when I got to the fight and was left jaw dropped by it, I was so happy with those primal chants in his theme!!! And this is probably one of my very favourite remixes I've heard in general, playing with the song in a different style and even expanding on it, thank you for making this.

Excellent work as usual. The Special Attack phase was awe-inspiring and the song was epic from start to finish.

Ohk, I've now listened to the two remixes an ok amount of times and I still feel I prefer yours by a little bit So here just some thoughts on the stuffs I really really like With the Fecto Elfilis medley I have kind of noticed how you have a really neat style of making intros and I've started really liking them. I think when I've started listening to your stuff I wasn't a particularly great fan of them, maybe because they didn't feel like they had a lot of variety (though checking recent uploads that definetly changed) The next thing I wanna talk about is that tiny bit of 1:10, it just sounds insanely satisfying. I really like such effects. It also kinda contrasts nicely to the second half of D3's theme afterwards. Simmilöarly 1:41 is just a really cool effect for the next section which is a section I really like because of 2:04 and onwards. 2:04 quitar riff is really satisfying and then shortly after it gets that slightly more calm section (the one with that cool piano at 2:22), which is then followed by another really unique sounding section (2:35). And then the second half which is just fire all over the place, like my house is burning right now but I am too busy to listen to this levels of fire. The Chiptune-Esque sounds followed by the MaskeDDD motif. And then in the second half of that section the chiptune gets replaced with short pauses. It's such a good buildup to the King D-Mind section, I'd place it next to the buildup present in Touhou tracks (sadly the King D-Mind section doesn't give as much payoff as ZUNs ZUNpets, but that's not possible anyways). And then the clapping at 3:52 is another cool detail, I kinda wish it were even more pronounced. And I can barely explain the special attack already and beyond that it already feels impossible. Like the special attack is a really cool intense section. But everything after that is just an insanely good continuation with so much stuff happening. The end section starting at 4:41 is an absolutely glorious finale with so much stuff happening. No better way you could've finished this track off. Been long since I've made such a comment, should do that more. Though I am scared of starting to try noting down everything I love about the Fecto Elfilis medley.

You're actually not far off. According to figures, it seemed to be more just to scramble his mind with more primal instinct than to power him up. While the Masked Hammer ability evolution uses the fire tornadoes, the blueprints for it are received directly from Dedede himself, so who's to say if it's tied to the mask or to Dedede.

The only thing this amazing remix is missing is vocals for the lyrics in the opening.

I just realized something, that Meta Knight segment in this remix, it's payback for Light stealing your Marx rift for the Arena remix.

This is so close to perfect, something just feels incomplete about the mixing in the first half of the song, Like there's something needed to better connect the orchestral, to these sonic mania inspired samples, it also feels like there's a lack of build up being utilized, maybe harmonize more chiptune in with the main melody? You already did that for the second half of the song tho. It just sounds kind of muddy in that first half, like i'm not able to hear every instrument as clearly as I would want. Could be as simple as a lowpass filter, to as complicated as redoing the mixing on all the instruments too add, depending on how you feel about it.
