I Don't know your cut-off pa! Just answering for your query! Material Science involved in physics, chemistry & engg to solve/associated with real world problems. So have to develop, research, finally find the solution. Metallurgical engg, deal with metals & ores! Have to experiment, field & physical work! Both are their values, but if you are a girl student or don't want a field work, Material Science is better. In CEG, it's ok👍

Good cut-off 🤝 IT in CEG & CSE in SSN - first to think ! Low FEES, Placement, Personal Explore in CEG. High fees, Placement, More Exposure in SSN. MIT VS PSG - Both low fees but some extra care & Placement in PSG! May be your second option.

If you ok with Fee structure nearly 2 lakhs plus means SSN ok!👍Give your preference to SSN, then MIT. Otherwise vice-versa!

Both good! Your preference order... EASWARI - CSE, IT SAIRAM (1419) - CSE, IT then give ECE Dept If you r planning for hostel, check both college hostels!

Of course! In SSN, ECE 100% chances r there. This year may be IT also! In PSG, chances r there for both! But give other depts & more choices for safer side.

You can get a seat other than CORE Depts in CEG & MIT. In CEG, 100% chances for Industrial Engg, Mining, Material Science &Engg etc. For CHEMICAL Engg & CHEMICAL (SS) 70% Chances r there! In MIT, u can get a seat in Automobile engg & Production Engg.
