    Klipper has documented that stealthchop reduces positional accuracy and increases the chance of missed steps, it’s recommended to run klipper in spread cycle and disable interpolation.

    If you disable interpolate, wouldn't that limit the steps to whatever value you have set? so if you have 16 steps set on TMC2209, then you set interpolate to false, wont it be locked at 16 steps and be really loud?

    I know that I am almost 2 years too late, but try setting stealthchop threshold to 99999 in the klipper config. Klipper turns on spreadcycle (sets threshold to 0) by default

    Unfortunatly Not, with RRF or Marlin These Steppers are super quiet

    Still no fix? I have the same issue,with tmc2208 they are noiseless.
