So what do u do for your defense because my guys leave people open even when i put no help and the paint be wide open everytime

dose this league require on ball defense all the time. like so switching to center or bring a help defender to steal the ball aren’t allowed in most league (idk why) but it seems like this league you can is that the case bc if so i wanna join i don’t wanna be told how to play defense it prohibits me from playing

No, on ball defense isn’t required. You can “off ball” as much as you want

what playbook is this? been looking for some new plays for the myleague im in, im always a top 3 user just feel like a few plays would make me number 1
