The same way some people try to say to woman that they might of been dressed inappropriately and that caused the person to attack them. Now, sadly, you probably won't agree with me here but if you read their own documents and training material, you'll soon realise that The Force' deem you and I to be no more than their 'customers' and this is their perverted, inverted, upside down idea of giving you 'service' as a 'customer' to their private corporations. He won't get it, or that part would be redacted. Subject Access Requests are exactly that, information about the subject. The conversations inside don't directly involve the subject.

Constable knee height was really boiling my piss. She's acting as judge, jury and executioner. That wouldn't be too bad if she based her findings on the law but she's just doing the usual copsplaining based solely on her interpretations about emotion and how others must be feeling. She completely bypasses the law, her duty and basic common sense and turns the whole thing into a 6th form left-wing theatre of limp-wristed simpering. I bet the only criminal she's arrested was a pensioner not using the correct pronoun.

As a female myself I get so annoyed when other women use the argument Id get scared if you were outside my house! This is a public building and a single person isnt being targetted or anything like that....its a public place of interest! It's remarkable how those police officers prioritize the emotional well-being of people over addressing acts of actual physical assault. It's really symptomatic of the state of the police in the UK. I am really happy you use their clown-world logic against them. We just recently had the police going after people not wearing masks and now, SUDDENLY, it's suspicious to wear one.

The Feelings/Corporate Police held accountable by TLA. Good to see you pushing for it to dealt with. I’d have accepted the guy coming out in cuffs, kneeling and pleading for forgiveness. Bet he gets a word of advice. Hopefully C4 will take him down a disciplinary route and sack him for that dreadful behaviour.

A couple of things. Keep clear means to keep it clear of parcels or furniture. He saw you behind the door, therefore it was a premeditated assault. He knew it would cause you to move or be hit.

Agreed 👍 and I'll just add to that by saying that to make life easier for the Lazy, Incompetent, Corrupt agents of the state ... the police have just 2 check-boxes that they have to tick for the statistics and magistrates have just 2 question boxes to tick off for a guilty verdict ... Police: Check box 1: Detect crime ! ... Check box 2: Solve crime ! ..... (the easiest crime to both detect and solve is the one that requires the least amount of investigation and paperwork which, 99.9% of the time, will be the one you make up on the spur of the moment and which only requires YOUR TESTIMONY as evidence) Magistrates Question 1: Was an offence committed ? ..... Question 2: Is the accused here before us today ? .....2 yeses gets the Gavel of Guilt and if you don't like the fact that legally UN-qualified magistrates CAN'T HEAR any mitigating circumstances, you can (and most of the time WILL have to) appeal to a higher court for them to be able to hear your Lawful Excuse ... In the meantime, please just shut up, pay the fine or do the time and go away !
