Our TL2 Tote Picking Lifter is a fast and efficient; hydraulic; foot operated handling solution for standard footprint 600x400 tote containers.
Here it is demonstrated de-stacking the upper layers of a stack of tote containers and lowering them safely to a waist level picking height, eliminating the need to manually handle containers from above head height.
TL Series lifters use our patented ‘DuoPump’ technology, allowing the unit to lift 6 times faster for light loads, saving up to 70% of lifting time. The system employs a direct drive piston arrangement, eliminating need for maintenance of exposed chains, and eliminating associated safety hazards of moving parts.
