there's so much love and healthy communication in this scene though. As soon as TK said "maybe this marriage is a bad idea" Carlos was terrified, like anyone would be. But he still shows concern for TK, his priority is making sure his boy is alright. He sits close to him, touches him, comforts him even though TK has said something that could be interpreted really bad. Carlos trusts him, and trusts their relationship, and they have such a healthy and strong connection it's mad

I think right here would have been a good time for TK to explain why he's upset. That he went to talk to Iris, and she made that statement about TK being a project. Yes, Carlos would have been a little upset, but her missing later would not have been a shock to Carlos. 😮

I'm already starting to miss the times when every conversation TK and Carlos had did not start off with "Iris.....

Me too, we only had 2 episodes and every conversation TK and Carlos have had has been about Iris, it's not like they get that much screen time together. Seems like episode 3 and 4 will go the same way- hope it dies down after that.

I think that they’re now starting to realize that when one of them says something that shocking, that it comes from the person who said it and they insecurity about being good enough for the other. They’re taking a moment to listen rather than react instinctively and make the situation worse. As much as Carlos loves TK and TK loves Carlos, deep down they both seem to feel like they’re not good enough for the other. What’s funny is how they don’t see that in themselves but in their each other. Technically they’re both marrying up.

I like that TK has a tattoo when one of the others tells TK he's getting a tattoo earlier on in the whole series and he's just like I have a honeybee cause they pollinate a third of the food we eat. The one wanting the tattoo is about to slag it off as a beetle but then respects TK for his tattoo choice.
