Afrobeats at the coronation concert is not only a first in history, but puts an extra exotic touch to the concert. Tiwa's voice and dress were royal. The entry of the Nigerian talking drums and the chant in Yoruba took it to another level. A concert in it's own class!

Nigerians in the UK expect me to say Abuja and Lagos but laugh when I say Ekiti and other places! I wish more people would experience it. Her story just shows that it's not every time that people go to America (or Europe) to succeed! Tiwa recalibrated and realigned herself with Nigeria to launch her music career! Now she is singing for royalty and the world 🌍! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬

@Aframaco She did not do that. Balogun did for her...He knew good and well.that CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME BUT SUCCESS FOLLOWS ABROAD. SO HE BROUGHT HERE BACK. I wish they both had what the Bible calls when two agree....but greed killed the spirit of two. Blessing to her though .I think she truly deserves it.

  • @aframaco9491

@@followGreatness You are nitpicking! Balogun did nothing!! Not a damn thing for Tiwa! If Balogun wants credit, let him show us how many other singers he manufactured or produced or promoted! He was a chancer that married Tiwa and somewhat wanted to use her as the goose that laid golden eggs! That she survived that terrible marriage to succeed today can only have come from divine intervention! He became a druggie who was spending Tiwas money recklessly and who was forever accusing her of infidelity! Dbanj, Davido, Don Jazzy and Banky W were among Nigerian artistes who felt the urgent need to return to Nigeria from "the abroad "at different times to launch their music and business careers ! Tiwa followed that trajectory also! I'll give by far more credit to Don Jazzy for Tiwa's success today than that conniving lout of a (ex) husband!

What a phenomenal performance. I love her green dress. I know it is deliberate as that is our colour 🇳🇬 and I also love the Yoruba language and gangsn "talking drum" incorporated in the music. The Queen never disappoints. Thank you Tiwa for representing Nigeria and Africa as a whole so beautifully.
