Discovered that when I enable 3D option to the AE Outline to pales and looses the light intensity

Is there a way to control the speed of the presets, they seem to flow way to fast? Any info appreciated, thanks in advance!

Use mask evolution to increase or decrease the speed of flow... Use keyframes and set values between -90 to 0...

It might be because of glosiness of material... Reduce glosiness value to minimal...
