In some versions, it's kind of like a hive-mind thing, which I really like - like Steven Universe fusions. Of course, in Japanese media, it's just a big inert mech-thing "Transtector" that the little robot dude connects into, which I find less interesting but much easier to work into a story without setup.

I need a Sixshot. I think any version would do though. The appeal of him is the 6 modes, not necessarily how well it does them. Car mode is my fave though. Reminds me of the APC from Aliens. Just a big square battering ram of a vehicle.
